Maybe you should provide your new approach to the maintainer of PEAR::HTML_BBCodeParser. Sounds pretty cool. Regards, Toby Very nice job! I really like the approach.
BTW, have you tried contacting the maintainer of PEAR::HTML_BBCodeParser? I sent him a patch for the package a month ago, but ATM he is very busy with his exams; anyway he seemed happy to receive contributions, you could send him a mail...

Hi Toby,
Thanks for the praise, but I didn't develop the package I only supplied the SAX parser, the rest was done by Sebastian. Maybe he will propose changes to the maintainer of HTML_BBCode, although he's not very familiar with the processes in PEAR. And we all know it can get very tiring t o include code into an existing package... Stephan True, true,... maybe just send the code and let the maintainer do the rest!
